About the position

The role of Transport Coordinator involves daily monitoring of the transport flow and handling any deviations. You will receive and carry out express and urgent transports as well as bookings. You will also book transports for deliveries and follow up with carriers, as well as establish contingency and emergency plans.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone eager to learn new things and develop within logistics and transport. You are a person who enjoys having many projects going on simultaneously and loves the feeling of working in a team. You have the ability to prioritize what needs to be done even in stressful situations. You are a social person and have the ability to take initiative. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good computer skills, primarily in MS Office. Additionally, we see that you have:

• Education in a relevant field such as logistics, purchasing, or economics.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar tasks within logistics or transport.
